These terms cover your use of Aawaz, a Nepali text-to-speech service by 8848 Labs. By using the site you agree to them. Aawaz is in beta, so expect things to change.

The service

Aawaz turns text into expressive Nepali speech, and (opt-in) can clone your own voice. It's currently a free, invitation-based beta — provided as-is while we build.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share access, and don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Aawaz to create audio that's illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or impersonates someone without their consent.
• Don't clone anyone's voice but your own.
• Don't use generated audio to defraud, spread disinformation, or violate anyone's rights.
• Don't abuse the service — no scraping, automated overload, or bypassing limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text you enter and the audio you generate. You're responsible for having the rights to the text you submit and for how you use the output.

Beta and availability

Because Aawaz is in beta, features, quality, and limits may change, and the service may be interrupted. We don't guarantee uptime or that generated audio is fit for any particular purpose.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, 8848 Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Termination

You can stop using Aawaz any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

यी सर्तहरूले 8848 Labs को नेपाली टेक्स्ट-टु-स्पिच सेवा Aawaz को प्रयोगलाई समेट्छन्। साइट प्रयोग गरेर तपाईं यी स्वीकार गर्नुहुन्छ। आवाज़ बेटामा छ, त्यसैले कुराहरू परिवर्तन हुनसक्छन्।

सेवा

Aawaz ले पाठलाई भावपूर्ण नेपाली बोलीमा बदल्छ, र (स्वैच्छिक) तपाईंकै आवाज क्लोन गर्न सक्छ। हाल यो निःशुल्क, निमन्त्रणामा आधारित बेटा हो — हामी बनाउँदै गर्दा as-is उपलब्ध।

तपाईंको खाता

तपाईं Google बाट साइन इन गर्नुहुन्छ। आफ्नो खाताअन्तर्गतको गतिविधिको जिम्मेवारी तपाईंकै हो। पहुँच साझा नगर्नुहोस्, र सेवा भत्काउन, अत्यधिक भार दिन वा रिभर्स-इन्जिनियर गर्ने प्रयास नगर्नुहोस्।

स्वीकार्य प्रयोग

• गैरकानुनी, दुर्व्यवहार, घृणा, छलपूर्ण, वा सहमतिबिना कसैको नक्कल गर्ने अडियो बनाउन आवाज़ प्रयोग नगर्नुहोस्।
• आफ्नै बाहेक अरू कसैको आवाज क्लोन नगर्नुहोस्।
• बनेको अडियो ठगी, गलत सूचना फैलाउन, वा कसैको अधिकार उल्लङ्घन गर्न प्रयोग नगर्नुहोस्।
• सेवाको दुरुपयोग नगर्नुहोस् — scraping, स्वचालित ओभरलोड, वा सीमा नाघ्ने कार्य नगर्नुहोस्।

तपाईंको सामग्री

तपाईंले हाल्ने पाठ र बनाउने अडियोको स्वामित्व तपाईंकै रहन्छ। पेस गर्ने पाठको अधिकार हुनु र आउटपुट कसरी प्रयोग गर्ने भन्ने जिम्मेवारी तपाईंकै हो।

बेटा र उपलब्धता

आवाज़ बेटामा भएकाले सुविधा, गुणस्तर र सीमा परिवर्तन हुनसक्छन्, र सेवा बाधित हुनसक्छ। हामी अपटाइम वा बनेको अडियो कुनै विशेष प्रयोजनका लागि उपयुक्त हुने ग्यारेन्टी दिँदैनौं।

कुनै वारेन्टी छैन

सेवा “as is” उपलब्ध छ, कुनै किसिमको वारेन्टीबिना। कानुनले दिएसम्म, प्रयोगबाट उत्पन्न अप्रत्यक्ष वा परिणामी क्षतिको लागि 8848 Labs जिम्मेवार हुँदैन।

समाप्ति

तपाईं जुनसुकै बेला आवाज़ प्रयोग रोक्न सक्नुहुन्छ। सर्त उल्लङ्घन भए वा सेवा र प्रयोगकर्ता जोगाउन हामी पहुँच निलम्बन वा अन्त्य गर्न सक्छौं।
